For Sale 78 FJ40 steering wheel, column, and steering box

7/11/2018- Steering wheel and column sold. Steering box setup available $175 shipped.



The owner decided to restomod his Land Cruiser and remove these parts from his 78 fj40 with 98000 original miles.

Sorry....some of the pictures are ka-ka. Will take more with better camera.

Steering wheel is in great shape, no cracks whatsoever! One slight scuff at the two o'clock position. Column is in great shape also. Includes under-dash mounting bracket. $350 plus shipping.
Will provide more pictures if needed.

Manual steering box, includes pitman arm, heat shield, and mounting pedestal. Works very smoothly.
$175 plus shipping.

I will find the most reasonable shipping available. Usually I like to use FedEx. It is best to PM me for the fastest response.

fedex is looking better all the time found a local drop off point but they dont make it easy for the regular guys to ship with them .unless im missing something

With the fed-ex drop off points, ie- Walgreen's. It is so much more convenient to take items there. But they can be finicky....they will limit size and weight. When I dropped the steering wheel and column off, it was a BIG box. I did not taper the box, it was square/rectangle. They had to call the manager bla, bla, bla..... I told them it was only 18 pounds. They said as long as they can comfortably/safely pick it up it's good. And again they also said there is a size restriction (the manager motioned a size of a box at around his knee).

Just what I like- wishy washy guidelines, either you are or are not a drop off point.
