77 FJ45 rolling chasis

Well since I have decided to build my 45 on an 80 chasis, I will have my 77 fj45 lwb frame for sale in a few months. So the question is what is it worth?

It is complete with steering, axles (rear ff), 16" fzj wheels and tires. It will NOT have a title. The PO did some repairs and paint.
