1977 Fj40 SOLD SOLD SOLD
I bought this from a man in Nevada in 2004, I assume thats where it is from because it had very little rust. It was bone stock and in need of some love.
I took it down to frame and built it up from there. I have done all the work on this rig except the exhaust was done by a shop.
I tried to keep it FJ40 as much as possible (non-adulterated)
The 40 and all the work done on it is very clean and functional. I have put 6300 miles on this rig since I owned it. Every bearing, seal etc.was replaced all new.
There is no rhino/bed liner on this rig
This truck will drive 75 mph down the highway all day long, it has beautiful road manners.
This FJ40 won the "Most Technical" award at Cruise Moab 2008
Also was pictured in Toyota Trails sept/oct 2008

Suspension: custom shackle reversal in front with cut and turned housing and 4* caster. Spring over front and rear with Custom Alcan leaf springs
