This is exciting. Been hunting soft top options for my BJ74 since the day I bought it. Keenly interested in the finished product and would like to learn more about ordering one for my LC.
Sure. Once we're done, we'll upload lots of photos/videos to show how it's installed, and what the entire kit looks like.

Yes... If we're on the same page and you're referring to certain variants of the BJ73/74 which don't have the upper doors, then yes, we can extend the fabric to cover the void created by the missing/removed doors. Is that what you wanted to know?
I received a query from a gentleman here who owns 2-3 Medium Wheel Base cruisers, which mostly didn't have the rear upper doors.
Can you please post photos of your cruiser from the back?

Thanks!
That is exactly what I am asking. Mine still has full height doors but I plan on getting spare ones and chopping off the windows. I want a top very similar to the top in the beginning of this thread.

As seen here in the tops we've made for Suzuki SJ410s, an additional layer of the top can easily be extended over the frame. These are just different styles and colors to give everyone an idea. Since we're building a complete rear frame for the top, this can be built to cover the void created by the doors.

Always good to see someone provide accessories/options for these old cruisers.
Good to know I am part of a larger potential market too.

Someone from the other thread messaged me and said they have three 73s! And they all have the same rear design (sorry if that sounds weird :p) Let me re-phrase. he was worried that they don't have doors in the back. I've assured them that covering the doors shouldn't be an issue, as seen here.

It would be nice if a zipper was built in so you could just have the back “door” cover be a zip in option so the Same top could work with or without rear door tops🤙
