I have mushy brakes. I have replaced the master, drums, pads and several cylinders that might have leaked in the past. No visual leaks anywhere but it takes 3 pumps to get the brakes to work. I bleed everything over and over and adjusted the cylinders also. Any advise want to get this on the road and this is stopping me. Thanks

adjust all the brakes tight to the drums, do you have a good pedal?
yes its an adjustment issue,
no it's an air in the line issue.

I have them all tight

How do you tell if you have good pedal?

all tight? as in you can't adjust them any tighter? all 8 wheel cylinders?

you should have a small amount of pedal movement, before it won't go any further if the shoes are all tight to the drums

Did you bench bleed the master before the install?

You say you bled the brakes but did you bleed them in the proper order?

Thanks for the info. Im going to bleed the master. It did not mention bleeding the master with the instructions. Im also going to replace the rubber portion of the break lines. I will let you know how it goes!!!
