NM, lots of interesting and helpful info there.
I'm not in a hurry as I have a very capable 60, which was originally built and designed to by my long term vehicle. However, rust in the roof and pillars in an other wise rust free 60 has me hunting for something else. Repairing the rust is just not worth it and it will come back again. Very disappointing. I which I could ignore the mall look of the 80, 100, 200 series vehicles as the search would be easy! But I just don't like the look. No offense to those who love them and I understand they are bullet proof!
A left or right hand drive is fine, but a 6 cylinder engine that would except a turbo is a must. I don't mind giving up a bit of horse power for a diesel within reason!
So to understand better: Which truck has the 1hz engine and what years were the hzj75 vs hj75 truck made? 25yr rule and all. What engine does the older hj75 have?
I have been doing research, but some of this stuff is very nuanced and I would hate to learn the hard way.
