I'm about to tackle this job. I need to have the ability to select LOW range without the CDL (reversing a big boat up an incline because, my nieghbour is a d1ck). I'm fortunate that my CDL control relay is on the passenger's side. (My steering wheel is on the right side of the vehicle.)

Worth doing. If I was flexible it would have taken me 20 minutes...

And done! It really did take me only 10 minutes, and I'm definitely not 'flexible' (64 years old and spend WAY too much time under my old 105)!

Anyway, if anyone wants tips on this, just ask. (I have all the diagrams too, and this mod ONLY effects the CDL relay. The transmission, the ABS and everything else all still get the signal that the transfer is now in LOW range.)
