Looks like a lot of the floor was repaired with diamond plate and then coated with some type of bed liner or lizard skin.

It is an aftermarket tub that was built that way. The company was FabTech, from BC. They are no longer in business. The coating is Speedliner.

Wish I had the cash, I would buy it back!
