As the tread subject header suggests, I have a non functioning central door locking system on my 1989 62 series wagon. I suspect it is a power supply issue but am making a meal of trying to find where the power supply comes from. The manual tells me it comes directly from the battery via a white wire through a 30amp Power Fusible Link. Anyone know where this is? On the other side it goes via a Blu/Red wire to a Door Lock Control Relay. Anyone know where this is? Thanks in advance.

This seems to be a very common problem and a very easy fix. I came across a previous tread that investigated the issue "FJ62 Door Lock circuit breaker fuse location". Sorry I don't know how to capture the link to the previous post but it is also included in the FAQ forum. Hopefully this thread will also now make is way there. I have included a few photos to help others. I have owned the 62 for 3 year and previous owner for 8yrs and the door lock has never worked.
Here is the "30amp Power Fusible Link" listed in the manual.

Here is its location: Behind the dash where the fuse box is located and the bonnet latch.

Resetting the C/B with meter probe . Heard a "Klick" when pressed.:

Reinserted the C/B back in its holder and tested the Door Locks and like magic it all works. Hope this helps others.
