Bought a new OEM fuel pump. Part number
23100 61070, $ 139.79. It did not have either the isolator or the gaskets in the box, which were about another $20. Luckily, all these parts were in inventory and arrived within 24 hours of ordering.

New fuel pump fixed my problem. Easy install.
