Sweet! Did you find a gently used set?

You can add a D1XL leaf to the front pack if you add a winch (or if you just want to level it) and turn it into a CS005. The 005's are CS004 + D1XL.
Cool beans. I bought 4s for the front thinking I had 4s for the rear but I have 5s on the rear so I sit a bit low in the front. Didn't have time to return them before Battlefest.

You can pull added leaf out of the rear packs and turn them into 4s if they are too stiff.

The rear 4s are pretty stout themselves. I'm not sure I've ever been able to load my rear 4s down enough to make them sag past level.

That's a good idea. Anyway to know which leaf to pull? I can take a pic tonight if that helps.

Take a pic and we'll compare.
It looks like it would be the third from the top from what I have read. Full length but not part of the eye wrap. Mediums would not have a full length third spring. I will know for sure when I get home.

Boy if I can swap that spring it will be awesome.

If not I will probably remove it anyway. I won't be carrying all that stuff in the back nor will a have a huge bumper.

Yeah, it's definitely the 3rd or 4th leaf that gets removed. Those should be the same leaf. I wonder if you could just throw it in the front pack, maybe cut it down if it's too long:hmm:

Yeah I am going to remove it. Maybe it will fit in the front but if it doesn't I am going to take it out anyway.

Mine sits ass high but it rides great.

Go to Lowes get Grade 8 bolts with hex head long enough to replace the center pins.

Make sure you clamp the part of the pack you are not going to mess with together so it does not "explode" in you.

Mine doesn't ride too bad but if I can swap those springs to the front I would be super happy not having to buy the ARB add on leafs.

I would just go to the heavy duty truck place here in Conway and pick up some center pins. They are cool guys and they do great alignments.

I picked up some Baja T/A in that size and they ended up being at the end of their air holding life. I was sad.
