sorry about the poor quality. they were taken with my iphone.

i took the cruiser on its first long run over the christmas break. fully loaded with boards, skis, esky of beers etc and towing a 2008 yamaha FXH0 and A/C blasting in 35degree heat. i got to my destination (300km away) and only used a quarter of a tank of diesel stock tank also 75L was filled to the brim but even still i was impressed!!!

its been a big change for me, as i came from a 97 supra RZ-S. i sure miss 600rwhp. time to wind up the boost on the old cruiser i think ;)

cheers!!

yeah i've been through a few modified jap cars now. that supra was pretty much as high as i wanted to crawl up the performance ladder. but $350 a month in insurance, and 30L/100km of 98premium wasnt really doing it for me :(

this is my old 200zr-1 i built last year :)

Wow a couple of LOW milage ones

Sent from outer space via my mind

I added another Cruiser to the household:

1985 FJ60
167K miles
mechanicals extremely well maintained by original owner, but body has a couple dents.
has full 6 point rollbar installed
I added a 2.5 lift to repalce the OE sagging springs and the car tires. installed 33/1250R15 ATs on period correct polished aluminum 15X8 wheels. Upgraded the sound system, lights, steering, bushings, etc. Love it!

tiny picture is the "before" shot.
