Anyone know how to get a 70 series bumper to mate up to a 60 series?this is what I’m working with

I believe I have a 70 series bumper on my HJ61 put on by PO. I am actually in the process on trying to go back to original 60 bumper, front and back. Here's what it looks like. Guessing its not a proper bracket for this bumper as its only bolted to bumper at the top.

I meant to say bolts at the bottom, on reflection I think it is an OEM 70 series bracket but obviously doesn't match up with the frame of a 60. Is it stable , see for yourself, I guess there no weight involved ?

Not sure what shipping will be like from the Emerald Island to the USA!
