Do these work with HJ61 frames? I just ordered a set. If the holes don't line up I should be able to just weld them in correct? Is the grade 8 Hardware zinc coated? There wasn't an option listed for the stainless on your Cruiser Mart. Thanks

Should be fine on the hole alignment. Yes, grade 8 hardware is yellow zinc and yes you can weld if needed.
