Not that bad! I may, I'm still waiting for a buddy who might come along to make his mind and then I can figure when I can leave!

I want to do it but haven't decided yet. I don't have sliders and my 98 front diff worries me a bit. Im lifted 2.5" and have the factory rear locker. So, if thats good enough I will do it. I just don't want to destroy my rockers, a few dents are ok but, you know. Thanks guys. I've received quite a few trail notices. Not much for Poughkeepsie this year, looks like I'm leading a small group!!
It is doable with 33s and a locker. I have seen it done. However, the obstacle changes and weather can play a big part. It is totally up to you. I would not classify this obstacle as 'imminent body damage' or anything. The front diff can go in an inch of snow, so I wouldn't be able to help with whether it will happen on this obstacle or not. Different outcomes for different people related to that. Totally your call. I am sure I can talk 10 guys into going with me once we get there, though.I want to do it but haven't decided yet. I had no idea that these would fill up or I would have just filled it out a few days ago. I was trying to decide on Poughkeepsie so I didn't fill it out yet.Hey guys. Clear Lake on Day 1 is filled to capacity. California/Corkscrew is filled on Day 2 to capacity. They are no longer a choice on the trail form. The trail selections are a great way for us to plan who is going where and control the traffic on the trail to stay within Forest Service recommended trail capacity. With that, we are still flexible and will make some tweaks to keep most people happy. Any way you end up going in this area, is going to be awesome though.
I’m in for Poughkeepsie. First post here…making the trek from AL with my wife & two young boys (2 & 4). Really looking forward to this & meeting everyone. If anyone needs anything from this side of the country, let me know.
We had originally planned on a route through Denver, but I see there are some meeting in Albuquerque so will be considering that now too.
OH NO...MUD! Everybody know that Hundys do not like mud!Lots of mud, snow and ice on all the trails.
Everything should be melted and starting to dry by HIH. Black Bear before the Steps is deep rutted mud, but still doable in a stock 100. I'll update throughout the week.
@paflytyer will be leading that. He should be posting up shortly on leaving times, etc. What's up with this convoy from Denver? I'd be down!
It'll get a lot better once you leave the PRC. Small town southern Colorado won't be the cheapest in the area but I'll bet it's well below $4/gallon. It's about $2.50 - $2.70 in ABQ.Gotta love watching the price numbers rolling up at the gas pump just 2 weeks before a 2k mile drive!
Is up to $5 at a couple stations I never go to but most are in the mid $4s!
