Yes, but the shift tower is incorrect and will not place the shifters in the right hole. Try finding one from an '83 or newer BJ42.
 
yep, everything fits, and the shift tower is off, but only by a bit, and unless your SUPER anal with a pristine 42, it's not worth sweating over....

drive shafts need messing with , only the rear one tho. for the front you can just grab the slip yoke from a mini truck and put it on, gives you an extra couple of inches to make up the difference. ( may require redrilling the pinion flange, but easier, and MUCH cheaper than getting a driveshaft lengthened.)

and again, tho some insist on argueing this, the front dshaft can have clearance issues on the crossmember. which , is why the 5 speed crossmembers are clearanced for the driveshaft, and the 4 speeds are not.



sorta lift dependant tho. less than 3ish and it's usually ok.

i agree, 3" and under not an issue. i never raise my trucks more than that so above that you could definately be right with the cross member issue...
