Update just in case anyone is interested.

HD called back and was in a much better mood this time hahah. He said he arranged for me to pickup the bumper in SLC and neither he nor i would be charged extra which is good. I mentioned to him that i work with Shopify a lot and mentioned the checkbox before being able to add the bumper to the cart and both he and Luke were very interested. Sounds like they're often hit with residential shipping fees of like $300 when they're only charging $150-250 for shipping. So every time it eats at their bottom line. Which sucks way bad for them. So we're gonna chat sometime next week about some possible Shopify solutions.

Im glad this thread was made, I ordered a built rear back in mid July and haven't gotten any response to my timeframe inquiry email. I was feeling a bit nervous but it seems like about 2 months is about the expected turnaround right now.

Also it seems i made the same mistake with the residential address, ill try to email again and get that changed.
