I'm good with north Fort Worth, although I'd like to be able to quantify the difference in cost vs shipping direct to my house. I tried to reach 4x4 labs today, but have heard back yet. You guys have a handle on shipping costs?

I don't know what shipping cost is yet because we don't have the full order yet. I just know Luke told me it's a lot cheaper to ship to a commercial address than a residential.

Here's a little info from Luke regarding shipping. It sounds like the savings for shipping to a single address will really benefit the guys getting complete bumpers. My understanding from his response is that shipping of the DIY kits to a residence is reasonable, at around $125.

Here's his response:
Shipping to a residence is expensive. Residential fee is $75, appointment fee $35, lift gate $50. Those are in addition to the $150 for the pallet.

I can ship a pallet to commercial address for about $150.

If it's a DIY kit the thing can go to either a business or a residence without too much fluctuation in price, about $125

Depending on logistics I might be in for a rear bumper kit + tire carrier.. thing is I'm in Austin. And would probably build the bumper in Houston.

This is still going, still needing a 5th person. There will be savings if shipped to the same location, but since you are in Austin, you probably won't save anything if you had to drive up to Ft. Worth to get it. Plus, you plan to do a kit, which I believe is cheaper on shipping anyway. So if you want to be our 5th, yours can easily be shipped separately to Austin.
