4x4 engineering springs

Has anyone ever used these springs or even heard of them. A buddy has a set he took off his JDM hj61 and I can have them if I want. I have already replaced my original springs with a beltons lift but I don't like the front rake that the springs are giving me. I bought the 50mm lift kit from beltons and these 4x4c engineering springs are about 25 mm bigger which if I only replace the fronts would virtually level out my truck and the also have tapered leaves as well as pads between each leaf. If these springs are good/better than a beltons spring I will change the fronts over to these other springs.

Any info anyone?

i dont know, but your buddy whos cruiser they came off should have some idea, you could also grab some new u bolts and throw them on and take em out to the trails to see for yourself. where are you located? i got cracked front leaves and need to replace them soon, if your near calgary and end up with spares im looking for new front springs if you have a set to sell. 83bj60

No personal experience with them, Burger...but like you have already mentioned, they look like a quality pack but the company might now be defunct.

I have the 4x4 Engineering extended shackles. I'm not sure if I have the springs or not. If I do, they are flat now. I have just bought the OME kit so will be replacing them anyhow. The shackles are pretty sweet, though. As far as I can tell, from the shackles, anyway, 4x4 engineering looks fairly heavy duty. Shackles soon for sale if you're interested.
