Well, I think I have set-up covered with Jason, Mike, me and (even though he doesn't know it yet because he won't call me for some reason) Erick. If you want to get there early, that's cool. I will be out there around 9:30 to get set up. I still need 1 or 2 to help with take down and to man the tent during the event. And that will be just to answer questions about the club and to sell merchandise. Thanks.
I'm sure many of us will help out. (Including me!!)

OK everyone, The 4xFest Meeting for Volunteers is Tomorrow Night (Thursday, 6/21/12) at 6:00pm next to North Cypress Fitness in Hammond. If you would like to be a spotter on the Test Track or volunteer anywhere in the Fest, please try to attend. If you can't make it but want to help, make sure you contact me to let me know. I am really in need of some help with spotters mostly. Its gonna be hot and would like to shift this work out as much as possible. Thanks everyone!! I greatly appreciate you all!

I'll be there also. I might bring my trailer with me to give it a good ride. Unless that might be a problem. If you need Daniel and I there early, let me know and we'll get there at 9:30 or so.

The trailer might only be an issue with parking but some guys are trailering their rigs out there because they are not street legal. As for cooking, they will not like it since this is a fund raiser for TARC and there will be at least one food booth out there.
I'm going to try to be there around 9:30 as well. Probably a few minutes either side of that.

I spoke with Josh Randall a little while ago about how this is going to work. What he told me is that all the sponsor tents will be in a row and there will be no parking there. He did say that there will be a parking area out in the field for all the 4x4's so that they will be on display. I will see what I can do to get an area for all of us to park together.
I am going to bring my big ass fan. will they have power? or do I need to bring my little Honda Genny too?

Yes......please bring chairs.....everyone......there will be live music so bring chairs to sit at our tent, to listen to music, etc.
