Let us know where you stand. Get under the truck; can you turn the front driveshaft with your hand? If it's not moving then the vacuum line isn't getting suction. The VSV (vacuum solenoid valve) is burnt out. It's the bottom one and it's red. Read my thread / writeup, I had the same problem.
