40th Anniv + side marker lights question

Who has a 40th Anniv model with the badging on the front fender and the oem side marker lights?

I have the template from the snorkel install and it looks pretty clear that the side marker light would go directly where the 40th badge is.

Any input prior to me just moving them forward an inch or two so they sit just in front of the badge?
