After trading in an 80 for a 2000 Tacoma I realized
I'm just not a pickup truck kinda guy.
Picked this up last night. 6 spd, #2 pkg.
Didnt have sliders but they threw them in. Just gotta wait for them to arrive.
Will be adding a ARB shortly as soon as I sell the Tacomas ARB bumper and get my bonus from work.

I just learned lastnight my FJ is being built today and tomorrow.
It will not make the Friday (weekly) ship though.

They are built in Hamura, then railed to Toyota, then shipped out.
It should be on July 7ths boat, so one more month I have to wait.

Yeah, bonuses are nice.
Next Xmas I will be putting in a much nicer head unit.

And I don't understand about the chip you have on your shoulder about the FJC not being a Land Cruiser. So what.
I also own a 40. I have had five of them over the years. I have also had a 55 and a 60. I have been wheeling Cruisers for 20 years and I don't want to be called a wanker!
I will buy an FJC some day for what it is, not what I want it to be.

So.....post this topic up in chit chat. I would like to see where it goes.
