No, I am still running the original F
When that wears out, I've got a 2F to replace it with.

I guess I misintepreted the Caddy logo
they put a Flowmaster under my truck - nicely tucked away - only I hate the sound

I want to go with the MAF (front to back) when the 2F goes in, just want to cut out and replace the SOR muffler for now for a quick fix.
If you would have spent the night on the Rug Road run...
You would have said "That ain't no caddy" when the starter was engaged the next morning.
Still blows me away after several minutes of cranking and liberal choke the thing will finally fire..

Agreed... I have had my 40 for 22 yrs and 2 engines, and my 55 for 6 months, and it still amazes me. They can be abused, ignored, beat to hell and back, and they still crank and start.

Well, looks like it's under the rig for measurements, SOR gets $75 for the replacement (before shipping)..I'll place my bet that Merles can set me up for better than half of that.

Pulled the muffler yesterday, and yes, had to see what an uncapped 40 sounds like..
Closest thing to having a sbc...Think I'll run it around the block tomorrow at 4 am to wake the neighbors up..
