The top will fit any year that has some type of roll bar across the back and room for the top to drop straight down (like in the pic below). It's brown and has the smaller rear window (SOR now makes one with a larger rear window). I ran it on the truck for a couple months but maybe only drove it 2x during those 2 months.

pics of the troopie seats. They are solid, not rusty, i have a pic of the one bar that is slightly bent. All mounting brackets are there. You can see in the pic where I trimmed the front edge of the seats to clear a roll bar I had in the troopie. The seat backs are just plywood with some foam. I'm willing to ship but I'd suggest not even bothering with the seat backs (they are a single piece that is very long and not worth shipping in my opinion). The seats all have the spring loaded leg that swings down. I can provide the dimensions for the seat backs so some new ones could be cut from plywood. They could use to be recovered as well.

id like the tire carriers if they are the tube style. Where are you located? Can i come pick up?
 
I'm in Saratoga Springs (near Lehi). They are both the tube style and I think I have latches and the rubber stop for both as well. You can pick them up.
