Ok so im stumped.
Im wiring a 4 way plug onto a 90 Toyota p/u that has an aftermarket rock box with a red lamp on either side as a brake and tail lamp, and then a separate lamp for the signals.
I have my green plug wire spliced into my right turn, yellow spliced into my left turn and brown into the tail light wiring of the truck.
Now, HOW do I get my brake light wiring into my 4 way plug? If I splice from my trucks brake light harness into the yellow and green turn signal wiring of the trailer plug, it throws off the trucks signal light circuit and they both start blinking together and weird stuff like that.
Am I missing something here? Do I need some sort of converter?
