4 runner limited

My GF has a 2003 4 runner limited and she just called me and told me the rear window will not go up.... I have not looked at it yet... off the top of your guys heads what could be wrong???

1. Fuse.
2. Switch is out
3. Window Motor is out.

That's just off the top of my head.

If you check it and you can hear it trying to go up. then all of the above are probably ok and you have a jam or something.

yea... I am going to check the fuse first.... she does not remember rolling it down.. we are in MN and it is cold so dont know why she would have... I dont know jack about the truck is there a way on the keyless to roll down the window or any other combination of buttons one can press to roll it down where she would not realize

Yep the key-fab has a botton that if you press and hold for 2 seconds it will roll the window down (but not up). Maybe the button is stuck on??? Might try to ask the question here: http://www.toyota-4runner.org/forumdisplay.php?forumid=7

my wife believes there is a lock out switch for that window. There was one on the 96 and we just got a 03 a few days ago so she's not 100%.

ok... I ended up posting on a few more forms and called her to use her key in the back lock and it worked!!!!!!!!!!!! also found out you can open it with the remote...(can you tell how many times I have driven this...) anyway dont know if that means the switch is broken up front or if you open it with the remote then you need to close it with the key.... I will play with it when I get home..
