I'm just trying to get a rise out of these guys. All in good fun. Dang, it was hard writing that Jeep nonsense though. Been skiing yet?

So well that a lift is required to get the job done.

WOW,

Um, would a wheel barrow work in a pinch?.......................:D

also been a 100 V8 swaped into a fj55..........cool :)

Will man good to hear from ya.
Not to get off topic here put damn your becoming a legend on these forums.
I'll PM you.

That would be cool to get some pics of the conversion.

I've still got my Runner and have a SAS kit for it and 35s.
But have been thinking I'd really like to have an 80.
An 80 with a 2UZ would be sweet. The 91-92 FJ80 market looks cheap, could maybe pick up a 80 + 2UZ for the cost of a 95 FZJ80 and have something different.

I like the idea of maybe using a 100 or 470 oil pan. Was that the only major problem? Those Tundra mounts worked good? Hmm wonder if 100 or 470 monts would work.

Thanks Will and Kurt.

For those of you who don't know Will Carroll,
his "funny things things to say, to actual works spoken ratio" is the best of anyone I know.

100 Series are real nice, I mean real nice. But that is just not what I am looking for right now. I've always wanted an 80. Now might be my chance.

Thanks for the input though.

So? I don't get it? I have F&R lockers in the 100 just like my 80. So? The 100's twice the vehicle the 80 is and almost as good a wheeler.

So why don't you have two 100s?

Cost. With over $70K in the 2001, I wanted a lower cost Cruiser I could trash. The '93 is perfect for that. I would prefer a 2nd 100 to trash instead of the 80, though the cost difference was dramatic. I'm glad though I ended up with an 80. It's smaller and it fits where the 100 doesn't, though that's rare. It also has a small edge off road though again, if I wasn't cautious about damaging the 100, it'd make it through too. SIZE DOES MATTER. :)

What is the actual difference in overall width?
