Picked up this Locker after being told it was for an 80.... obviously not because the e lockers only were geared in 4:30 in the automatic 100/LX470's.

Bought it for $750 so selling for the same (not trying to make any money just trying to get it off my hands)

Anyways, here are some pictures.

First Picture is the Craigslist listing from the previous owner to show Im not trying to make anything here. Obviously he is wrong so ignore the description because it's not for an 80 series.

Unfortunately not just the differential. But that would needed to be swapped as you obviously know

Good read, thank you. So my factory 98 is a match in gearing at 4.30. Also since mine is an early Lexus it has a factory Limited Slip rear diff.

Glad to hear it would probably be compatible. I just have to hear back from a few friends I gave right of first refusal to but if they don't need it, it's all yours.

Is the passenger axle specific to the locked rear end? In other words if I buy this do I need to locate a special passenger axle that allows the locking ring to slide and work?

No idea.... guessing definitely not considering it requires significant changes in the 80 yet alone the 60. I also gave it to Kurt at Cruiser outfitters
