I just started having an issue where the 3rd row of my new 700h OT is not folding down. Pressing the buttons results in a constant beep with no movement.

I've tried the reset sequence in the owner's manual to no avail.

Anyone having this issue? Any ideas?

Also, I just also noticed that the lumbar adjustment and massage feature no longer work on the driver's seat.

No clue if they're related (hard to believe they are), but what is happening to my brand new $120K Lexus???? :)

I would take back to Lexus. When I first got my Lexus, the massage and lumbar wasn't working on the driver side and on the passenger side, massage works but you can't turn it off. Apparently this happens from time to time.

Mine was fix in 4hrs.

What was it?

thank you. I disconnected the battery (back hatch btw) for 30 min and everything is working upon reconnecting it. Hopefully not a regular issue.

Yup, mine hasn't came back since the fix. It's been about 2500 miles since and I've used the massage/lumbar multiple times.

After disconnecting the battery some systems need to reinitialize, to speed the process (per the service manual) fold the power mirrors in and out.
