3rd Light and Leather Care

Hi all folks ..

My 3rd light on my HDJ-80 I thought are mal function, bad not really poor light ( brightnest ) can be fiexed .? cleaned .. ?

Or only replaced ..

I'm also interested in know your favorite leather care for your seats.

Leather care,

Toyota uses spray dyed leather, while many euro brands use drum dyed. Drum is better but we have what we have.

I got some Griots Garage Leather Rejuvenator and it works well. It noticably softened up the leather but it took a few times to really penetrate the pores of the hide. Clean your seats well b/f application.
It works really well on a hot day letting it sit for awhile.
Plus, it's cheap and a bottle w/ last many applications. Check it out, for the $ you can't loose.

Do you have the LED type or the halogen type (guessing halogen, but...).

Have you taken it apart?

If you have the smaller/halogen one, maybe you can upgrade to the bigger/wider one. If you have the one at the bottom, then maybe a dirty lense or bulb getting tired?

Thanks all for recomendations .. I'm still using the Sonax Leather Care product .. and I thought was fine .. but I'm still searching for the best leather threadment .. available ..

And in the 3rd light issue I got the big one ..

I've found Griot's and Zaino products to be high quality. If you don't mind shelling out big bucks, Leatherique makes the best stuff I've used. I've seen their Rejuvenator Oil work miracles on older worn leather.
