NWTI Redesigned 96-02 open top 4runner kit!
The original open top kit started as a Tacoma bumper that modified to work on the the 4runner. The Tacoma has a slightly longer shaped grill that made the bumper stick out further than customers wanted.
We have redesigned this kit to address feed back we received from our valued customers.
Here are a few key features of the new revamped kit.
•The new bumper kit is almost 2" shorter from the grille to the front--This means better approach angle and overall looks.
•The new bumper kit is even stronger than the previous version--we added gussets to help strengthen the main structure.
•The new version is around 20lbs lighter--this will help Save wear to suspension components.
•The new kit mounting bracket and winch plate is notched to clear AC lines-- previously notching was required for this bumper to be used on the 4Runners.
