Hi guys, ok, I’m going to come Friday. First time joining one of these (and my 100 is stock) so I’ll be going with the easy crew. Not sure if I’ll stay overnight or not yet.

Should I just meet at the campground before 9 or so on Friday? Or is there another meeting spot I should head to?

Great! When I first joined, Marc our club VP at the time, took me to Horse Thief Canyon. My rig was stock. I had a blast!

Please come to camp. We will most likely secure our usual campsite (34.30485, -116.88698) as the preferred spot

Check back here before you head for camp. I will post any changes to the meet up location when we set up camp on Thursday.

Will do. What time do you usually head out from camp in the morning? Just to make sure I get there in time before everyone’s hit the trail.

Usually after 9:30 am. Enough time for campers to have breakfast and everyone else to arrive. Post your ETA here when you leave and we will link up. If you have a ham radio, we will have the frequency posted here on Thursday.

Cool, thanks. No ham, I’ll just be blindly following the tail of the person in front of me, like a horse.

Will post my ETA Friday morning

Can’t wait to follow this guy at Big Bear A Thon!

I plan on going and leaving Thursday. Does anyone want to meet at the Fawnskin fire station then proceed to camp? The GPS in my 40 is off line and I'm not familiar with local roads. I am flexible and can leave anytime Thursday

Here's the link to the onX route to get from Victoria's Family Restaurant to Pinnacle Camp. This route will take us on a bit of an overlanding excursion from Victoria's Family Restaurant in Arrowbear to camp on Thursday.

For those wanting a shorter ride from pavement to camp. Take Polique Canyon off CA-18 using this route.

So far I count 18 rigs for all or part of the 4 day festival. If all are together on one day will we definitely need volunteers to lead the trail runs. We will likely split into two or three groups. Rockys60 has volunteered to be a trail leader. We could use at least one more trail leader, especially if we want to run the hard trails!

Sounds good. I'll probably be rolling in to camp Friday morning around 915 or so, depending on traffic. I am not planning on camping Friday night right now. About what time will we be returning to camp Friday afternoon/evening?

I’m estimating about 4-6 hours to White Mountain and back. We should be back at camp around 3 pm. But with 18 rigs, it’s really is anybody’s guess!
