The 3FE throttle body gasket is NLA which means if it's to be replaced you'll have to make one. I have a t-body/intake on hand and pulled the t-body to make a new gasket. The gasket I removed was not OEM but had been working. It's the lower gasket in the scan. I used the old gasket as a pattern and traced it on a sheet of Fel-Pro gasket material, cut it out, and used an empty .38 shell casing to punch out the holes for the bolts.

Posting pdf of these scanned gaskets in case anyone needs it in the future.

Mine is currently Dow Corning RTV but the gasket is readily available at regular auto parts stores for around $2-3.

I ordered the gasket (22271-61020) last week and came to the same discovery. The sellers on Amazon don't have it in stock either. Thanks for posting the .pdf. This will come in handy when I make a custom gasket.

ugg, hate to say in such great presence^^^, but I used an AM gasket there several years back and have had no issues...sorry Beno, for using such foul language around you.

I seldom think to check with regular auto parts stores for OEM replacement gaskets.

RockAuto has a FelPro available for $1.40 (Alternate/OEM Part Number(s): 2227161010, 2227161020). Next time I'm in the local Advance Autoparts I'll ask if the FelPro is available. Maybe. If I remember....

that said, and I forgot to commend you on the self reliance factor; and you knowledge of the existence of Gasket Paper; aka, you're old!:p

Yeah, they aren't OEM, they are Fel-Pro or Beck-Arnely or whatever, but it's just a piece of paper, it makes no difference whether it's OEM or not.

I recently learned the Fel-pro gasket got discontinued a few years ago as well, so I started making these if anyone needs. Cold start injector gasket available shortly as well

Great to see! I might have to get a couple of each from you at some point soon just so I have spares on hand in my shop.
