FYI, I read in a few posts that people didn't know if this was a one piece or four piece gasket, I got it from Toyota and it was a one piece gasket, I believe this part number from VICTOR REINZ 715220210 is probably the factory gasket. From the picture it looks like it's also a one piece gasket, I'm saying one piece but it really is four pieces they just glued the pieces together.

The 3FE oil pan gasket is 12151-61011. About $25 from our friends in Dubai, $30 or so from your local dealer.
It has always shipped as a 1 piece cork gasket from Toyota, with the front and rear arches glued in place.

If you search a bit on this forum, there's a good amount of tips and tricks to R/R the sump gasket on the 3FE. The most important is to clean both the block sealing surface and pan, especially where the arch seals live in the front and rear bearing caps. The rear is a PITA to clean with the transmission mounted, but can be done with time and patience. Scotchbrite and acetone.
A leak from the rear arch seal is very often misdiagnosed as a rear main seal leak.
Don't over torque the 22 bolts. I've typically used a 1/4" ratchet and go round and round until the cork just starts to deform.
