3FE ?1990fj80 ?

Just bought it. from a buisness auction. WONT FIRE UP.! (doesnt have spark). no check engine light. bought new igniter,coil still no spark. Odd diagnostic port at pass firewall. catalectic converters were cut off (stolen). I repaired 4 wires going to trans.(maybe incorrect).new fuses/relays. got new cap and wires also. Can I bypass computer to start? I have been thrashing/rebuilding my 73 fj40 for more than 25yrs. don't have much experience with efi 3fe ?motor. It came with at/ps/ac/sun roof elec. windows/locks and center diff lock button. And shift lock overide button by shifter. here is pict of vin.
I cannot aford to buy many more new parts just to see if was prob.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.!!

EFI relay problem??, bridge the relay slots closest to the engine and try, then bridge the other 2 (can't remember which ones work exactly) and see if it fires up. Don't leave them bridged though. Do a search on this, lots of info.
