I have for sale for sale a 9/1984 3B engine and H41+ 4spd solid tcase. I bought this engine from Simon at TLC Imports in Canada about 2 years ago now. It had 245k on it when I bought it and now has 248K on it. Simon checked the compression for me before I purchased and it came to 400-380psi across, still well within in factory spec(pics attached) This has been a great little engine for me, starts easy and has routinely returned 23-25mpg in my 45LPB. I am letting it go because I have the good fortune of being able to pick up a 1HZ and will now be putting that in my 45.
Once I received the engine from Simon I installed a new water pump, alternator, glow plugs, and OEM clutch, pressure plate, pilot bearing, and also replaced a few leaky seals.
Drivetrain is located in North Augusta, SC. I am happy to put it on a pallet and drop it at a shipping center. If you have any questions please shoot me a PM.
