3B accelerator cable

Swapped my worn our B engine with a 3B, now I need to find a replacement throttle/accelerator cable. Apparantly they are not made anymore & finding original ones from old rigs is difficult.
Anybody run into this problem? What options do I have? Are there any companies out there that can make me a custom cable??

I got mine at toyota, but not a throttle, but a choke, It is exactly the same thing except the label is different.
