Is anyone running this configuration, stock rims with no lift? If so I'd love to see some pics please. I'm thinking this is what I'd like to run..if it'd look good and fit ok.

The stock rims are only 6" wide. You need 8" for 32x11.5.

Woops. I should elaborate, ill be uaing 15x8, 2.5BS wheels for with them. Just running them on stock suspension height. I have brand new OME suspension, only got about 1/2inch to a inch of total lift. I have read so many conflicting opinions in whether the will fit without rubbing while articulated.

An OME suspension will give enough clearance for 33X12.50.

There have been different comments in here over the years on that point. Front axle fully stuffed, some have no rubbing, some have a little. None on the rear. I got a little rubbing on the front of the inner fender, easy fix with a sawsall. Not sure why the variation. The rubbing is mild though if you do get it, so not a biggie.

Michael, sorry I haven't been following your introduction thread for a few days. I had thought to mention to you that OME suspensions are nearly identical between the light, medium, and heavies. This means that if your uncle installed the light springs CS003, you can add OME leafs to make it a medium CS004 by adding 1 leaf or, a heavy spring pack CS005 by adding 2 leafs. The anti-inversion shackles and pins are the same. The shocks are probably different but aren't too expensive. The leafs were $27 each the last I checked.

What I'm suggesting is that you can buff up your rig a couple of inches cheaply and safely without undoing your uncle's work. Check out cruiseroutfitters.com and read up on Kurt's OME tech pages to learn spring and addition leaf details.

Hope it helps.

Awesome this are the only pictures I have so far. The first thing I'm going to do when I get under there is find out exactly the specs of the suspension. I'm almost certain I want to put the 32x11.5r15 KO on it with the 15x8's 2.5bs rims. I think they will fit well now, and work well enough without changing the gearing. They should look okay when I add a leaf as well. Would you say that's accurate? Those are 235/70 r17 Goodyear wranglers in it right now

Yes. I run the 32" BFG's on both Frankie and Lilly. Lilly is an FJ-62 with the stock auto trans and 4.11 gears. She has the OME heavy springs.

Post some pics of the suspension, especially of the yellow painted on numbers, and Mudders will quickly be able to tell you what you've got.

Juggernaut needs to post 1000% more about his cruisers, he is holding back for sure!

So. From what you said. I am guessing this is a light spring pack in front, and medium in back? Idk, what do you think. You think this will be sufficient for running my 32x11.5? I can post pictures of shackles if you want.
