30 mm crank bolt question

To me, the issue isn't getting it loose - it's getting it tight again. You will need a 3/4" drive torque wrench to get the bolt back to spec. With that in mind, just get a 3/4" impact 30mm regular depth. I also liked the shallow socket because I worked around the fan a few times. A shallow socket and wrench can fit between the fan blades. Don't think a deep socket would.
