Brewster, is the PS reservoir the same between USA FJ60 and Can BJ60?

I thought so, but the one I need is remote mounted reservoir. Some are fender mounted and some are firewall mounted.

USA FJ60 have the reservoir mounted right on the pump, and it is a weird & fragile pump that is not used on many other Toyotas. The BJ trucks have a much better pump design that is shared with many years of minitrucks.
