Yet another one of these, but I've been studying the other ones. Especially, this one: 2nd battery install question
87 FJ60, desmogged with plenty of room around the edges.

I plan on the blue sea systems switches and ACR, and running 2 gauge.

Here is a diagram I laid out, and wanted to put it out to any in the group if this seems right. I'm trying to keep it simple and all manual, but if anyone sees glaring errors or has strong opinions .....

Since it's a dinosaur FJ60 with a manual choke (for goodness sake) and manual transmission and locking hubs and manual windows and door locks... I say stay with that theme and keep it very simple. Just install one of those giant marine manual battery switches between the two + terminals of the two batteries and be done with it. Super reliable, relatively inexpensive and it will never let you down. No circuit breakers or giant fuses needed. Just a big switch. I had mine like that for 30 years. I think it's the best way for these trucks.

cowboyclint,
I am running the same setup you show on your pdf wiring schematic. waytek wire sells cheap blue sea circuit breakers. The blue sea ACR switch is a carling switch. You can actually click the switch into carling connectors instead of cheap spade connectors. Feel free to pm me if you want one crimped since I have all the pieces.
