Help ID-ing Electrical Plug (1 Viewer)

Friends,
Any idea what this plug could be used for? Right front passenger side engine compartment near side marker and headlamp connectors. 1985 FJ60 and I think the OEM harness could have been changed by PO. 2 wire plug.

There’s a solid blue wire and a blue/white or black/white wire feeding the plug.

I have the OEM headlight pump plugged in on the driver’s side in the correct place. This is on the passenger side.

Any chance this is a factory fog light plug?
