Does anyone have a part number or place to buy a rebuild kit for an alternator of a 2LTE. thanks

There is a thread or two on here where guys have gotten an alternator for ( I don't recall make, Corolla??) Toyota and just put the innards into the 2L-te alt body. Hopefully someone can chime in with the right one. I've toyed with getting this one because it's a 100 A instead of a 70A and I like the idea of more Amps. But, It may not be a bright

Check Jarrat's build thread. I think he did the Corolla parts swap.

I just took mine into my local auto electric place and had them rebuild. They did a very nice job, but was a bit pricey.
