2H low oil pressure issues momentarily drop when cold start (1 Viewer)

Hi,

My HJ60 get a strange habit last 3-4 days. When i started engine in the mornings, oil pressure increases and then momentarily drops low and fluctuate there and then increase again. After driving a while and engine reaches the operating temperature, everything returns to the normal. In the event of drop, edic does not stop the engine. Oil level is full and i changed the oil approximately 4K km ago with a new filter. I uses mobile 15w-40 oil in my rig. And lastly mornings are not actually cold, about 8-9C.

Do you know or do you see such a behavior before ? and why ?

One of those oil pressure sensors might be your problem.

Thanks for the reply. I don’t think the sender is a problem, but i will measure it. Regulator valve could be the issue however there is neither constant high pressure nor constant low pressure. After couple of minutes later everything returns normal.

Yeah it's most likely the regulator then ,good luck.
