For Sale 2F Engine for Sale

I have a 2F engine for sale from a 1987 FJ60. Last known mileage from CarFax is 208K. Compression tested at 150 to 155 PSI on all six cylinders. Does need work on crankshaft snout which was quoted by Willamette Blvd service station at $500. Asking $400 OBO. Can provide compression video on request. Engine is in Portland, Oregon.

I got some more information from Josh over at Willamette Blvd Service Station (local Portland Land Cruiser shop), who did the compression test on the engine and took a look at it. Essentially what happened is the pulley came loose for the crankshaft and thus wore out the keyway. He said he has fixed these before by welding a keyway in.

With the engine out he said it is a lot less labor, so if he were to do it would be $500. I have the price of the engine at $400 in acknowledgement of this issue. Compression is good and oil looks clean, so this engine should be good if this issue is addressed. The guy I bought this parts vehicle said he drove it into where it was parked. Can email anyone the compression test videos if interested. Could possibly arrange to have Josh at Willamette Blvd Service Station fix it but price would go up to $900.

One other thing to mention. Bell housing and flywheel are not included. Everything else shown in photos are included.
