255/70/18 Snow Tires

It's about the time of year to start thinking about snow tires. I picked up a spare set of 18" steel wheels off a 2010 Tundra that currently have 255/70/18 tires. Tire Rack has the Yokohama Iceguard for ~$110/tire in that size, which is the best deal I can find for quality snow tires.

Has anyone here run 255/70/18 snows on their LC?
