I have an older 24v Warn 8274 for sale, I have owned it since 2004 and rarely used it. When I did it worked like a dream and pulled like an ox! I recently cleaned all the rust off and made it look pretty, I also changed the oil, cleaned the contacts and made sure everything was solid under the cover. I have I think about 100 feet of cable for it, which has a kink in it so I am not sure about its strength, I have not put it on the drum, but it comes with the winch. I am located near UBC in Vancouver if you want to come take a look.
