The starter was in working order but rough cosmetically and around the edges when I removed it. Had it rebuilt by local master at his trade. Told him to go through and replace/rebuild anything that showed any sort of wear or would wear out in the years to come.

Brand New: OEM field casing/yoke (Toyota 28120-56071) OEM bearings (Toyota 90099-10107), OEM Clutch Assembly (Toyota 28011-54010) all solenoid contacts replaced, new Japan-made brushes (FUJITECH FT128), and an OEM flywheel engagement gear (Toyota 28254-77090)

Asking $375 + shipping, if you're looking for a starter that you won't have to worry about for the next couple of decades... here it is.
