hey guy's, i have a technical question. does a 55 qualify for the run? there's a chance my 40 might be in wyoming and i'll be stuck with a 55 for a couple of weeks. not certain yet but figured i'd find out ahead of time

I don’t see why we couldn’t have a fat ugly pig with us. Just put a sticker on it that says I identify as a 40. However this is not my ride so pay no attention to what I say. Just my two cents.

it is a solid axle and similar year range

I'm 50/50 at the moment, there are a couple u joints i need to fix before I get crazy.

Nope.

I've been fighting a lawn mower steering problem, a broken fly rod, and cutting firewood.

That being said, I'm not sure those u joints are bad enough to keep me on the sidelines.

How tough is this trail? Not as sketchy as McCarty creek?

The most difficult part of the trip so far is the fact that we're going to be up in Missoula at a Paddleheads game, in the party deck. Hopefully I feel like wheeling the next morning.

I usually take the cut across rd from Pburg to maxville VFW then up to Princeton. That is all fine and easy. I havent been to Thompson Lake in years so can’t say from Princeton to Thompson Lake?
